LOCATION: SMDC Green 2 Residences, Gov. D. Magubat Ave. Burol Main, Dasmariñas Cavite
Casa Goyena has a total of nine condo units in South Luzon and Metro Manila, one of its units is ready to welcome guests but the other eight are either in the construction stage or are ready for renovation. In Dasmariñas, Cavite there are three Studio units at SMDC Green 2 Residences. The first one to launch is Lulu’s Crib, opened in February 2026. The two other units, Yeyen’s Nest and Aya’s Place will be available in May and December of the same year. These properties are near De La Salle University- Dasmariñas, Museo de La Salle, DC Park, walkable to local food hubs, fast-foods, and convenience stores.
All units are fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, water heater, hair blower, flat iron, kitchenettes with readily available cooking ware, utensils, dining ware, guest kits, coffee set, and other essential amenities such as pools, gym, study hall, lounge area, and many more.
We also offer massage therapy for all guest who wants to fully relax their mind and body during their stay.
