Casa Goyena Guesthouse is a short-term rental venture managing nine strategically located condominium units across Cavite, Laguna, Mandaluyong, and Pasay. The business was established in December 2025, and we launched its first unit in February 2026. This venture aims to meet the growing demand in the staycation industry, our company offers a more flexible, comfortable, and affordable accommodations near key urban destinations, universities, and leisure hubs. Our goal is to provide a consistent and high-quality guest experience through well-maintained and fully-furnished units with exceptional service.
